The textbook examines in detail the aspects of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculosis of the maxillofacial region. The features of the course of tuberculosis of the maxillofacial region in children and HIV-infected are highlighted. The principles of providing medical care to patients are stated, measures of anti-infectious protection of a dentist are described while working with this contingent.
The textbook corresponds to the new program for medical students, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science and approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. It is intended for students under the specialty programs «Dentistry», as well as for students under the programs of additional and postgraduate professional education in dentistry.
В данном учебном пособие подробно рассматриваются аспекты диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики туберкулеза челюстно-лицевой области. Выделены особенности течения туберкулеза челюстно-лицевой области у детей и ВИЧ-инфицированных. Изложены принципы оказания медицинской помощи пациентам, описаны меры противоинфекционной защиты врача-стоматолога при работе с этим контингентом больных.
Учебное пособие соответствует ФГОС для студентов медицинских вузов, утвержденным Министерством образования и науки и одобренным Министерством здравоохранения Российской Федерации. Учебное пособие предназначено для обучающихся по основной профессиональной образовательной программе высшего образования — программе специалитета «Стоматология», а также для обучающихся по программам дополнительного и послевузовского профессионального образования по стоматологическим специальностям, врачей первичного звена здравоохранения.
